Kryolan HD Cream Liner is a specially designed, colour intensive eye liner for fashionable and flawless eye-lining. It is easier to apply than a gel eyeliner due to its firmer consistency; making it more controllable resulting in an incredible intricate and accurate application.
Cream Liner does not drip. It is comfortable to apply and is water-resistant. Its durability makes it ideally suited for professional applications. Apply the product with a brush onto the desired area.
