Why you'll love it
- Ginger to benzoin. A single ginger note opens, and the heart of rose, nutmeg and cinnamon leads to a base of benzoin, patchouli and musk.
- Oud and ambergris base. Agarwood (oud), labdanum and ambergris sit with the musk, giving it depth.
- A musk with spice. Fragrantica puts amber, fresh spicy and warm spicy first, so the musk reads warm and peppery rather than clean and soapy.
- Top accords. On Fragrantica, Exquisite Musk lists these accords in order of strength: amber, fresh spicy, warm spicy, rose, musky, patchouli, balsamic, woody, oud, cinnamon. Together they set what you smell most on skin.
