Shake the L'Oréal Paris Matte Signature Eyeliner before applying. Then, use it to line your upper or lower lashlines. You can also use it to define your eyelid or create the perfect wingliner look. If you want a more original look, be creative and combine more than one tone.Trace along the lash line from the inner corner to the middle of the eye. Avoid closing eye and pulling on your eyelid, extend your trace to the outside corner of the eye. For a more dramatic look, thicken the traced line.
