For an even longer lasting look, wait until the first layer of Luscious Lip Stain is dry and then go in for a second coat. Top with the clear gloss, as desired. The Luscious Lip Gloss is versatile enough to be applied to the eyelid on top of eyeshadow for a dewy, light-fracting look.
