Golden Rose lipliner pencil brings intense colour performance and durability in a high-quality formula that is easy to apply. Sharpening it keeps the tip precise, so the outline follows the cupid's bow and the corners of the mouth exactly as you draw it.
Perfect for you if…
- Your lipstick shape looks blurry at the edges.
- You like to outline your lips before lipstick.
- Filling the whole mouth with the same pencil sounds good to you.

Why you'll love it
- Clean outline. Begin at the top centre of the lip and move toward the corners for a precise shape.
- Two ways to wear. Use it alone as a full colour fill, or layer lipstick or gloss over it.
- Ready when you are. Regular sharpening guarantees a fine tip and easy application.
How to choose your shade
- LP 221: deep fuchsia magenta.
- LP 230: bright true red.
- LP 231: soft orchid pink.
Pairs well with Velvet Matt Lipstick over the top, and Matte Lipstick Crayon for a bolder matte.
Suggested Usage:
Applying lip liner correctly can be a challenge for even the most experienced makeup user. Done correctly it can increase the wear of your lipstick, prevent color feathering, prevent color bleeding, provide more definition to your lips, and enhance or hide lip features.
