It will grab and hold pigment to intensify its color by applying a base before any shadow.
SHIMMER SHADOW PRIMER -EP103
Give and add an iridescent shimmer eye look by adding a base with our All About That Base Shimmer Primer.

Suggested Usage:
1.Squeeze out a bead size drop and apply a thin layer of one of our All About That Base Primers on your eyelids
with our Small Shader (BR11) or with your finger for an even application
2.Let it set for a few seconds before applying any eyeshadow/sparkling powder
