This flexible formula has a natural finish that mimics skin’s texture so that it blends flawlessy into the face without becoming cakey. Developed with plant stem cells and Sunflower Oil, these wands regenerate the delicate skin around the eyes and face without the need of a photo filter.
Ofra Tip: Prime your under eyes with Eye Firming Gel or Biotech Eye and Lip Cream and then use a dampened Perfecting Puff to blend for an airbrush finish.
